Good old layered cake! I found a link to this patisserie this morning. Gosh it makes my mouth water looking through all the pictures.Wouldn't it be fun to start up a quaint little one here? Been there done that, lots of hard work. The idea is wonderful but I don't know if I would really enjoy it after all. You get burnt out real easily. But... if you did it with people you enjoy it might not be so bad.
