Google Alerts.

Why haven't I used this wonderful feature before? This will keep me up to date and then there wont be as many reasons to need to just google myself.

Anyway... in my googling today I found several blogs that had featured either Urbanestics or UrbanPosture and I hadn't a clue. Oh gosh!
