I just can't seem to get enough time in my day to get all the things done on my list. Came home from Chicago on Monday night after a great weekend selling all our wears for
UrbanPosture at
Renegade Craft Fair, dumped all our merchandise in the studio and piled my food on the counter in the kitchen. I haven't had hardly any time to clean up after myself since then, yet alone share my weekend with you.
On our way back from Chicago,
Erin and I decided to make the trip just a little bit more fun and stop at some small town thrift shops to see what treasures we could find. Here are a few of the interesting things I just couldn't pass up sharing with you.
We could hardly hold onto our socks imaging what treasures we would find in this adorable St. Vincent De Paul! To our dismay, the once shop is now just the society and no treasures were found.
Here is what I did find at the next thrift shop... nothing purchased though, but I did get a kick out of them.
Indian wall hanging
Lobster Fondue Pot
And the best thing of all... a Swedish Spritz cookie maker! The packaging alone would have sold me if I had the room for one more kitchen utensil. I told Erin this weekend that she needed to rub some of her practicality off on me and by restraining from purchasing any of these items I could possibly say she did. :)
