UrbanPosture Unveiled

I know all of you have been wondering what Sarah of Good Posture and I have been doing with all our extra time lately.

Well, we have combined our creative talents and have began a new line of screen and blocked printed housewares, office supplies, and apparel. Not only did we combine our talents but also our name. Urbanestics + Good Posture = UrbanPosture!

Last Saturday we showcased all our new and some of our old merchandise at a local craft event called Craft Saturday.

Here is Sarah and I as well as Erin of SoZealous, who we where so lucky to be able to share booth space with.

We are hoping to have our Etsy site up and running within the week or so as well as a website to follow. If you are interested in our merchandise before we have it up please feel free to contact me or Sarah. You may also see more pictures here at my Flickr.

The house is a mess with all sorts of creative clutter. Sarah and I are working on getting all our new products up and ready for their unveiling this coming Saturday at Craft Saturday and Sarah has posted some great pictures of the sketches she has done for some of our designs. Craft Saturday

Finally, I was able to attend a Craft Saturday. Normally it is scheduled for a Saturday that I have to work so it never works out that I am able to peruse the crafter's tables of wares and be tempted to spend all my money. It was great seeing all the adorable little items and as always really enjoyed seeing Jade Scott who I admit is my main reason for going. Love her jewelry! And she is such a sweat heart as well. So here is a shout out to Jade. It was great chatting with you and getting to see all your beautiful jewels in real life again. Summer's the time.

Craft fair season is approaching us! Oh there are so many I would love to attend. If I only had the budget and vacation time to go to all. Maybe someday.

Craft Saturday I will be attending this one! It's a small craft show but going for Jade Scott a jewelry designer from Omaha is well worth it. She has unique designs that I love. I purchased two pairs of earrings from her at the April show and I had someone stop me and ask if they were Jade's. I get comments on them all the time.

The Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago. I believe it is closer to Christmas if I am remembering correctly.
